The problem is cannot start a team game with the O2 mobile network.

If the problem is the permission of the internet, I should not be able to start the app anyway because it need internet to start.
If the problem is other permissions, I should not be able to start run that game properly over WiFi, but it works well on WiFi.
Certainly has nothing to do with permissions.

One update. It works properly if I connect to a WiFi or a VPN Server through O2 mobile network, but not directly with O2 mobile network.

Not sure anyone can help further @evantkh. You have been given a lot of advice on the forum...if no-one is using the same game then you are stuck really. Is there any other specific gaming forum you could ask for advice? Such as this one? http://forums.runestorygame.com/

It is a problem specific to O2 mobile network.
It works everywhere else where I have tested, including a university network in UK and also some public and private WiFi hotspots in UK, and even it works when I establish a VPN connection(to somewhere in UK) before playing over O2 Mobile network.

I tried already but they are sticking with customer problem but not on the network itself, without any analysis of the actual network activity for tracing the reason.
