Unable to process bill

I have received a text from a random number stating that my latest bill was "unable to process" and given a link to click on to check?

I checked my O2 app before logging into the link and noticed that my latest bill was paid (direct debit) and I can see my statement that money has been deducted from my account so I have paid my bill.
Can you confirm if 07385 219725 is verified O2 number? Usually any text I get from O2 had no number and comes under as 'O2'.

It's a well known scam
Block the number and report it free to 7726.

I got the same, forwarded it to 7726 together with the originating number (07385 566259). I remember seeing a similar warning of this on one of the other networks. Link all looks very credible though, easy to see how some people would fall for it.
