Unable to make or receive call

I am currently unable make or receive calls on my mobile. When making or receiving a call the mobile states call failed. I have signal and wifi access showing but can't contact O2 for assistance. Any help please

My phone has been unable to receive and make calls now from 9am until now! This is totally beyond unacceptable. What is actually going on?????
