I’ve just received a new SIM card from O2 with a new phone, when ordering a gave them my PAC code from my last provider in order to keep my number. I’ve put in my new sim from O2 and it’s given me a new number and not kept the same one, what do I do?

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
