Unable to complete upgrade through checkout then OTAC error on website

I ordered an S23 today that came with a Samsung tablet, did all the necessary things over the phone until I got an email telling me to confirm my order for delivery. The Samsung tablet went through fine but when I clicked on the link for the S23 to confirm my details and address for delivery it resulted in an error saying 'Sorry, something went wrong'. Rang up again telling the agent what happened and they put the order through again but the exact same thing happened. Waited an hour to try again (as advised by the agent) and I got hit with 'you can't use this service, or your code limit has been reached'. So I'm pretty stumped as to what to do.

You could try in your local O2 store or call sales again.

message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
