Hello,
Over the past couple of days I've been trying to buy a data bolt on. The only option is to buy a 100mb for £5.50. The larger data bolts on which are better value seem to be blocked. I've tried the app and the website. On the app, it doesn't allow me to increase the data total. On the website, when I click on the link for a larger bolt-on, it goes to an error 500 page.
Has O2 changed it's T&Cs so that you can only buy the very expensive data? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Am unable to Purchase the desired amount of Data Bolt On, interactive buttons not working.
Stuck on 100MB, unable to increase.

As you will have read above, a known issue with no solution yet. Contact O2 via Social Media, either link just below, to see if they can apply the bolt-on for you, @KK0402HK.

I've noticed a change. I now can't buy ANY bolt ons. Not even the 100Mb ones.
I get HTTP 400 if I tap buy bolt ons in the app. 😞
It makes a change, I suppose.

Dave works weekdays, and as the back-end team are working to address the issue, it may be later this week before you hear anything, @Hayleyf - see messages prior to this one in this thread. You may find either of the two Social Media links below of use if you are in an absolute bind and need a known size of bolt-on applied to your account immediately.
