Unable to access webchat

Hi all,

 

I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues accessing the webchat function.

 

I need to cancel my O2 account because Brexit and I now live in Ireland. Is there an alternative way to contact customer service/cancellations other than calling them as I'll now be charged.

I'm more in need of an email or alternate way to access webchat. Phone signal is poor to terrible here.

There is no email, sorry.

Chat will usually pop up in the shop pages when available https://www.o2.co.uk/shop

the chat function is currently not working. It gets stuck on the How can we help you page and doesn't permit you to proceed any further.
I'll attempt it again tomorrow as they may have it fixed.

Chat is very short staffed so maybe that no agents are available.

Calling really is the preferred option if at all possible.
