UNIDAYS discount

Hello, I am having trouble with the UNIDAYS discount as when I bought my phone the lady in the shop said I can get my 20% off my airtime. However I text 61202 and they said they would confirm in the next three working days that my discount has been put on but I haven't had any confirmation and the original bill has gone out off my bank, without 20% discount taken off. Please can I have help on what I need to do.
