Troubles with calling

I can’t seem to call anyone on my device. It just keeps saying ‘calling’ with no sign of it actually calling the person but no sound. Or it says ‘call failed’ I have unlimited minutes and have really good signal so don’t understand why this is happening. Can someone please help

haing the same problem as well and i have just upgraded as well but still same sim card but just says calling all the time tried turning my phone off and on and still no working just hope they sort it out quickly

My phone has stopped receiving and making calls from mid day and I can't get any help in o2 to fix it!  frustrating!!angry

@Trisha49 if its a network fault then no one in Customer Services will be able to help fix.

it will be with Level 2 and 3 tech teams to fix and restore service...

Just be patient and the issue will be resolved

Yes I’ve paid my bill on time. This isn’t the issue. My 4G seems to work fine but can’t make any calls. Can’t even get hold of O2 anywhere. Really annoying me now
