Troubles with calling

I can’t seem to call anyone on my device. It just keeps saying ‘calling’ with no sign of it actually calling the person but no sound. Or it says ‘call failed’ I have unlimited minutes and have really good signal so don’t understand why this is happening. Can someone please help

My mobile has gone off as well. Phone won't call out and when I call it's number from a different mobile a message says 'the number I am calling is not recognised'. Calling the help line 100 puts me round and round in circles until it cuts me off because I'm not reporting fraud!

same here, called daughter this morning fine. Now can't call anyone or receieve calls. no way of contacting O2.

I'm having the same problems even after restart on my s10+ but my partner's s10 is working just fine. If you check the network status page it says they are aware of technical issues but no details and not exactly obvious!

I cant make calls out or in on 02 neither can anyone else in our area who has 02

I am having the same problem and I have patients to call as I work for the NHS. This is so inconvenient
