Can anyone explain what the difference between the O2 Travel Inclusive Zone and all other countries that are not in it?

I have a Travel Bolt On, but am not sure, for example, if Mexico ( in the inclusive zone) and Outer Mongolia (not in the inclusive zone) will each cost £4.99 for every day that it is used?

Hi @Tom1959 It is confusing and you need to check in My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2  as to whether you have O2 Travel Inclusive as a bolt on or O2 Travel

If its O2 Travel Inclusive then it's free within your allowances

If it's O2 Travel then you will be paying £4.99 per day if you use it

.

O2 Travel Inclusive is only available for people with certain tariffs ie

Free O2 Travel in our Inclusive Zone is available with selected phones and tablets on our 4GB, and 15GB and above O2 Refresh tariffs, as well as our £20 and above 12 month sim only tariffs. It’s not available on any other sim only tariff, O2 Refresh tariffs below 4GB, or 5GB and 10GB O2 Refresh tariffs.

We have no access to your account so it's up to you to check and see what bolt on you have applied via My O2

Hi @Tom1959

O2 Travel Inclusive is only available on some selected tariffs and for countries outside of the EU

Mexico is available as long as you have the correct tariff (Read the link to check)

https://www.o2.co.uk/international/travel-inclusive-zone

Free O2 Travel in our Inclusive Zone is available with selected phones and tablets on our 4GB, and 15GB and above O2 Refresh tariffs, as well as our £20 and above 12 month sim only tariffs. It’s not available on any other sim only tariff, O2 Refresh tariffs below 4GB, or 5GB and 10GB O2 Refresh tariffs.

Without Travel Exclusive you will pay £4.99 per day in Mexico for O2 Travel

Hi Emilie, this is still confusing me a bit! I think that I can travel to Mexico with free Inclusive Travel which will cost me £4.99 a day. Is this correct please? I can’t comprehend “Free” and “Cost £4.99” in the same sentence.

Countries covered by travel inclusive do not incur the daily charge. Countries not covered do. It's that simple.
Just stay within your UK allowances in travel inclusive countries and you won't be charged any extra.

Hi there, I have 02 Travel inclusive with my 15gb data. Going on holiday to Mexico soon, does this mean I can use my mobile without any extra added costs? Also do I have to turn anything on on my phone for this to work?

Help much appreciated, thanks

Hi @Shelly75

You should eligible for O2 Travel Inclusive.

https://www.o2.co.uk/international/travel-inclusive-zone

You need to look in MY O2 and check you have the O2 Travel Inclusive  Bolt on applied http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If it's not there, then ring customer services and ask them to apply it and make sure there are no roaming bars on your account. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Sorry Shelley, it looks simple but isn’t!
I have a 20Gb Refresh account, but am not eligible for Inclusive.
You need to ring customer service and ask them if you are eligible.
It is only certain tariffs, which they don’t publish, that can take advantage of this.
I have been told that if I want to have it, I need to set up a new contact with them.

You can check without calling by looking to see if you have the bolt on in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
