Can anyone explain what the difference between the O2 Travel Inclusive Zone and all other countries that are not in it?
I have a Travel Bolt On, but am not sure, for example, if Mexico ( in the inclusive zone) and Outer Mongolia (not in the inclusive zone) will each cost £4.99 for every day that it is used?

Sorry Shelley, it looks simple but isn’t!
I have a 20Gb Refresh account, but am not eligible for Inclusive.
You need to ring customer service and ask them if you are eligible.
It is only certain tariffs, which they don’t publish, that can take advantage of this.
I have been told that if I want to have it, I need to set up a new contact with them.
"Free O2 Travel in our Inclusive Zone is available with selected phones and tablets on our 4GB, and 15GB and above O2 Refresh tariffs, as well as our £20 and above 12 month sim only tariffs. It’s not available on any other sim only tariff, O2 Refresh tariffs below 4GB, or 5GB and 10GB O2 Refresh tariffs"

There is an O2 Travel bolt on, which most people can get free of charge.
There are specific tarrifs, which upgrade the bolt on to Inclusive, which enables free data and minutes use in an additional 27 countries.
