Travel Data

I have recently added the O2 travel bundle so I can use data on a trip to the USA. Now that I have got here it’s not working! I can only get online in places with wi fi. Can anyone help please?

A couple of things you can try.

  • Reboot the phone
  • Turn off auto network selection and try a manual search
  • Remove and clean the sim card and then try again
  • If you have an iPhone, check your APN setting. If it is idata.o2.co.uk then try changing it to mobile.o2.co.uk or vice-versa

If nothing else works, you might have an international bar on your account.
