Daughter got new phone today and was told once she got it to ring 202 for the number from her old phone to be transferred across - this I have done however her old number has dissappeared from my account and only the old number is showing also when I ring her old number it’s saying number not recognised🤬

I mean her original number has dissappeared and only the new sim number showing - yet the lady said she had filled out the form for her old number to be transferred
