I have recently signed up with O2 and asked for me 3 number to transfer to O2 as part of the sign up.
Got my PAC code from 3 and gave it to O2. Was told when I get my O2 sim card i should start using it and within 24 hours my old number will transfer over.
its been a week and its still not transferred over. I worried i'm now paying for 2 monthly contracts.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Sadly, it is a case of tell me the old, old story. There seems to be a real problem with number transfer
First thing to do is call or message O2
Message O2 on
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB)
Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you.
