I have been trying for a few weeks to give 02 my PAC code so that I can keep my old number but no success online via any of their services. Worried about paying two contracts also if I wait longer. Can anyone help with suggestions.

Give customer services a call. Use any of the numbers in this guide. Porting is taking a lot longer than usual

If your PAC is over 30 days old you'll need to get a new one from your previous network too.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
