Solved: Transfer my account to my son

I am trying to transfer my account to my son, who is old enough to have his own account now. But this is proofing complicated. Has anyone else tried to do this?

You need to end the current account and then your son needs to apply for one himself.
It's not possible to transfer ownership as credit checks and identity checks are required and credit agreements can't be transferred either.

It can't be done I'm afraid. You would have to close the account and apply for one in his own name. That would be subject to a credit check so might be difficult if he has no credit card history. They would probably offer him a sim only until he has made 3 or 6 payments at which point he can upgrade.
