Can I transfer credit from my phone to another O2 mobile?

I understood this was now only possible if you move from payg to contact and transfer any built up credit but either way call 4445 and cs will confirm for you.

Yes you can but the account your transferring credit from will be closed down automatically.

Both accounts have to be in the same name too.

You cannot send credit from your account to someone else's.

They will transfer up to £350 when moving from payg to contract.

They can transfer credit from one payg account to another but it has to be the full amount. ie: if you have £40 you can't transfer say £20 to another payg account also in your name. It has to be the full £40 but then the account being transferred from is closed. That's what I was advised on asking.
