Both accounts have to be in the same name too.
You cannot send credit from your account to someone else's.

They can transfer credit from one payg account to another but it has to be the full amount. ie: if you have £40 you can't transfer say £20 to another payg account also in your name. It has to be the full £40 but then the account being transferred from is closed. That's what I was advised on asking.
