I topped up on the 9th november. it warned me on the 7th december to top up to get the call time data and texts again. I then bought another 10 pounds and topped up on the 9th of december and said it wouldnt activate until the 11th december. I got more messages at around 11pm on the 10th saying. calltime nearly out. When it turned the 11th december nothing has happend. still no data or credit. I typed 2202 for calltime info and its saying i have zero money on it. But ive got the text sayingCalltime loaded Your balance is now £10. That was after i topped up on the 11th. Anyone any idea? or best way to get this sorted? So far ive been happy with O2. Been loving it. Just have no idea whats messed up here.

Customer service will tell you exactly what has happened but unfortunately no one on here can look into your account. Maybe you will have to top up again depending on where the credit has gone or been used.

damn i assumed if i topped up 10 pounds. id just get the 250 mins data and texts again. So i have to wait till the exact date before topping up? bit strange.

Have you phoned 4445 as suggested, to ask customer services what's happened?
