Hey all,
how do I find out how to return a phone by post?? I was sent a link to the O2 website but couldnt see it.

I believe they send out out an addressed bag for it, what is it being sent in for?

Hi Needinghelp,
As Perksie says.
And......................
Be sure to :
Get some form of evidence you have sent it off - Registered or Recorded post.
Take time/date stamped photographic evidence of the phone to show its current aesthetic state.
Or if your photographs don't have a time/date stamp on them put the phone on that days copy of a newspaper.
This is all to protect you if anything comes back such as lost in the post and if any extra damage happens to the phone whilst its out of your hands.
If you can I would suggest asking the manufacturer to carry out the repair as a first choice, obviously thats if your not just sending an unwanted phone back to o2.
