If I was being throttled/restricted on data.

Would I get good speeds when in close proximity to an antenna?

If o2 were throttling, would it be the same on 4g & 3G?

@LH86 Proximity to a mast would have no bearing on the speed you're getting if your data was being restricted.

You could switch between 4G and 3G to see if it makes any difference.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@Bambino the speeds are shocking as other users have mentioned according to the post @jonsie has mentioned.

But when I get close to an antenna, the speeds are drastically improved.

But then move away, and they go back to being rubbish.

@LH86 I can't tell you why that's happening. Obviously you can't spend your day near a mast. Take a look at this guide and see if there's anything that may help you there: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-can-I-sort-out-my-network-issues/ba-p/1014088
