My July O2 bill charge extra £1.50 for thing you bought and August Bill charge £7.50 in my bill .I do not what it is come from.Then I call O2 customer service.They told me they do not know about this charge.What I Gona to do now?

There should be a breakdown of all charges in My O2. Check if you have received any premium text mssages from short numbers.

You then need to speak to O2 customer Services on 202 to refute the charges.

As fellow customers we cannot access your account.

Usually it relates to international or roaming charges.
It could also be something you have charged to your mobile account.

I think you have inadvertently signed up for something. Check your text messages in the phones logs for the date it started and on the subsequent dates of the charges.

I know if I buy anything from the play store and have it set to charge to O2 it goes into the things you've bought section
