I've been disconnected and I've paid my bill how do I get reconnected there was a problem with my bank account so I had to get a knew one so I have to set up a new direct debit any help would much appreciated thank you

As per the previous advice you can ring O2 via 202 from an O2 powered phone or landline found here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or ask Live Chat to check your account.

If you have not already then set up or re set up a direct debit to stop this from happening again.

Hope you get re connected ASAP.

Hope you don't have to pay a reconnection charge. Of the lines are busy you could try the web chat option.

They would normally send you a few texts before they cut you off warning you that payment was overdue
