Texts from 69119

Hey guys,

I have just realised that on my Pay Monthly bill, there is a section of Premium and Info Services - Recieved. £5 has been added to my bill because of a number 69119.

I have texted STOP to that number but it keeps going! What should I do with it?

Please help!

Call cs and report it. If the bill is OVER £20 offcom can help... but check their site anyways.

As pointed out many, many times, O2 may give you a goodwill gesture but it is not their responsibility to fix the issue that you signed up for in the first place. The correct channels of resolution have been pointed out to you. Nor can O2 stop you from receiving any more texts - yoou have to resolve that yourself too.
