Text and web - no free web??

This is the second month on text and web with my new phone (although tank had it on an old phone before) (anniversary date is 20th of month) and although I have topped up £10 well before the date I got a text from O2 on the day saying I had unlimited texts only. How does work? I thought £10 was 300 texts and 500Mb. I am also being charged for wifi access at home now but only £1 per day? Can some one please help me? Thanks.

Speak to o2 customer services as to why you are not getting your allowance

But you are not being charged by o2 to use home wifi something is using the o2 mobile data network tru disabling mobile / cell data on your handset when at home to force wifi usage.

Sounds like the tariff your on is promo text and web which gives unlimited texts for £10 top up or unlimited texts and Internet for £15.

Phone CS and ask to switch to normal txt and web.
