So here's a bit of a conundrum.
Husband and I both on O2. He text me today and I never received it. First thing he asked when he got home was did you get my text? (He had won a bowls tournament)
Things we have tried.
He can call me and I get the call
I can text him and he receives my text.
He text me on the landline. I received that.
My son has text me and I received that.
He has text my son who received the text.
Both phones rebooted. He text me after the reboot, I never received it.
So apparently I am the only one not getting a text from him. Though getting them from others.
Thoughts?

Yes he was pretty chuffed @Anonymous. He was playing against an ex England player.
So he was pretty annoyed when I didn't respond to his text.

Instead he got a nice cup of tea and nothing to eat.
Apparently the bowls club provided a full English breakfast at 9.30 am and a buffet lunch after the matches.
....and of course he brought you a paper plate full of pork pies, sausage rolls, chicken legs, cheese and pickles.....wrapped up in two serviettes....please tell me he did....

Glad to hear he's done something right. Not gardening related though...
Was going to suggest the manual network selection to see if that was it, but beaten to it by the ever reliable @jonsie!

No nothing gardening related @gmarkj
If honest it seems to have been a network glitch (congestion maybe) as ever since they came flooding in we have continued with the occasional test text to make sure it's still working and it is...
As for garden work, my lad is with us currently...so for the autumn big pruning. it's him I will hand the 'chainsaw' to
