Hi, I received a text regarding changing my airtime plan; I was just wondering what this means? Why it has occurred at this point in my contract? And the available airtime plans offers for my contact

I dont know what text you have received but the best thing to do is call customer services on 202 tomorrow morning and ask them to clarify what has occurred

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
