My data hasn’t rolled over from all the packs I have baught in the past

It says that the data that isn’t use should roll over I have had this SIM card in a phone and not used any data for months if not years and no data has rolled over

Data only rolls over on PAYG and certain bundles.


Depending on what tariff you have is whether data rolls over and on the new tariffs it only rolls over upto a certain limit (1months data allowance). 

 

What tariff do you have?


Also data only rolls over if you top up and renew the bundle each month

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
