I have recently set up a new contract fo £15 with £0.00 cap so why is my tariff first bill £17:52?

Hello Zobo, it is very highly likely you have been prorated for the first month. To make sure this is the case I would suggest contacting customer services on 202 who will be able to go through this in detail.
