Could you please help me to renew my rolling plan for this month?
It asks me to update payment info, however I topped up already and the balance should be enough

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

You cannot manually top up a rolling plan.
All payments must be taken from the card you registered with.
Manual top ups will just add credit for any out of allowance use and will not renew your allowances.
