I upgraded to a new Iphone 14 Pro but the IMEI Number is blocked. O2 blocked it back in October and have told me they forgot to remove the block, I have called o2 numerous times and each time they say it will be sorted within 24 hours but it still isn't sorted. Can anyone help me please

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.

If they are incapable of removing the block, demand a replacement phone.

Further failure of O2 to comply may result in you needing to make an official complaint.

Use Resolver as in this link https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
