Hi, my contract ended 8th November 2023 but on my o2 mobile app it says my next will will arrive on 9th December (even after my contract has ended?) Also, I have no way of contacting anyone because I’m living abroad and had to get a new sim here(in Korea where o2 does not work) and my phone broke (so I’m paying for a contract for products I am no longer using) and so I cannot call them, email them as they have no email, the virtual helpers are no help and I just don’t want more money to come out of my account after my contact has ended.

# contract doesn't end auotomatically - it rolls on a 30 day plan until you end it
