I received an email today saying my tariff has now changed, with a higher data usage.
I have not asked for this, are O2 realigning their tariffs or do i need to contact customer service to dispute this?

On the back of this no customer should be negatively impacted.

From the information we have at the moment, this is Pay Monthly customers only so Big Bundles should not be affected, however SIM Only plans will be affected and only contracts which are out of contract. With regards to some people advising they are paying more for less, I’d be unable to comment as unable to see that particular instance, however they are out of contract so can speak to our upgrades team to see if there is any other plans which would suite them better.
