Switchup Query

Hi,

I put a £600 deposit on a s23 ultra with switchup. If I were to use switchup, what would happen to the bill, and what would happen the money I put in on the phone originally? Am I being stupid lol.

Switchup clears the remaining device plan, so your £600 will be lost.

The deposit you put down was toward the cost of the S23 phone @Swaboy1234 .

If you were to then use switch up the outstanding cost of the phone would be absorbed by o2 when you hand it back and sign up to the new deal.

We cannot say that your are or are not being stupid, but it is important to shop around. If you buy direct from Samsung, there are some excellent deals available. But only you can ascertain what is the best option given your circumstances.
