Hi there, I accidentally damaged my old sim so I ordered a new one with a plan (I was previously on PAYG as I was uncertain of how my employment was going to until recently).
However I was in a hurry and couldn't go to the store, so ordered online. The new sim/monthly plan comes with a new number. Is there an easy way to change it back to my previous number, but keep the new plan please?
Apologies for basic question

Sounds like you went from PAYG to PAYM, @SJA_914 - the SIMs *are* different. Take a look at the options in here: Guide: Migration & porting into O2 and then when you have the correct SIM type, #Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update or use your MyO2 Support "Swap your SIM" to move the number from old to new SIM card . Come back if something is unclear 👍

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
You need your old number migrated to your new sim.
