Switching from Pay as you go to pay monthly

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello,

My apologies if there is already a post asking about this, a quick search didnt find one.

I am in the process of getting a new phone on pay monthly.  Ive been on Pay As you Go for a number of years now.  I have purchased the contract through dialaphone.com.  I am wondering if its a) possible to keep my number, b) if so, how i would go about doing this, and c) what happens to my remaining balance?

Cheers to anyone that replies!:)

Matthew

Call contract CS on 202 with the details of your PAYG account. They can transfer your old number to your new contract and also credit any money to your new account.
