Hi guys, just wondering if this is normal, or happened to anyone else?
basically, upgraded online via switch up, and then decided to return the new device within the first 14 days. O2 received device, and decided to offer refund.
but now, all the details of my original device under my number is know where to be seen within the o2 app?. Doesn’t even give me the option the switch up my device again!?.
anyone have any ideas? Cheers

Thanks for your reply!. I’ve tried live chat, but seem to get nowhere with them!.
would calling them be better, or going into store?

Chat is the worse way to contact them, they rarely solve anything.
If you don’t want to call try the UK based Social Media team
