Screenshot_20241216-130451~2_Original.pngI received these two messages but I haven’t reported any issues and I’ve never received a message like these before. It seems to be genuine as it’s from the number I get my normal O2 messages. Does anyone know what these could relate to or what an issue report even is?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@JSH2644 Probably just an error on O2's part sending it to the wrong customer. If you haven't reported an issue just ignore it.
