hi I've ordered a new sim only changing from pay & go to pay monthly - I have £30 credit on old sim can I get refunded for this money ? my new sim is unlimited free minutes and texts. Thanks

You need to use the keep my number forum to change from payg to contact.

If you use the https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?qid=1&q1=2&route=port_migrate&case=Port/Migrate%20In%20Form form you can keep your number and any credit should be transferred too.
