Hello
I had a text message saying that: O2:We were unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid fees, update your payment information via: <Link Removed> but I have a direct debit and nothing has changed plus the number that the message came from doesn't show as o2 number

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
