My son has used my phone for a xbox subscription connected to his email, but with my phone. I need this cancelled, but cant get get access to his email address to do it tht way

How old is your son? Ask him to give you his login details, seems quite simple to me?

Or cancel his subscription at your bank.

Also contact O2 and ask them to place a charge to mobile bar on your account.

You can always contact Xbox Support and ask them to cancel it as you havent given permission
