The last few months paying all my o2 bills including my number has meant I am not paying priority Bill's such as tv licence. I have run up a big debt with my tv resulting in paying 50 a month for the next few months I was wondering what options are available for me at this time like whether I could voluntary not pay my air time bill but just pay minimum payments for the device that I had of youse it's not that I've also ended up getting into debt with youse for an ipad as I thought it was part of this bill and do not want bills to continue to ge higher I would rather just start trying to pay off the devices

@Julie3

You need to contact the payment management team Guide: How to find help & contact O2 but there will be restrictions placed on your account until you are fully paid up.

Please also edit your post to remove your number from the forum to avoid spam.

I would also contact the citizens advice bureau who can help you manage your debts.
