I use a radio streaming app which recently stopped working unless I am attached to Wi-Fi or using a vpn (which I don’t normally use). I have checked the phone and app settings and both are switched on for data, re installed the app and switched the phone on and off. A friend on another network has tried and it works fine for him. I have recently renewed my contract with O2, could this be the cause or has something else changed that I am unaware of?

thanks in advance for any and all help

@Bendyone

I would be reaching out to the app developer and asking them if anything has changed, or if they are aware of them or there service provider have been blocked.

A changing contract doesn't change anything really, apart from how much you pay each month and how much data you have..

You can also check your Network Settings, and make sure your APN and settings are correct
