Stolen Sim

Hi there, I had my phone stolen and I am looking to organise a replacement sim card to my old phone number. Thanks,

Have you reported it to O2 and the Police ?...if not do it.

This isn't customer service. You need to call them, report the loss and they will send you a new sim and block the phone and sim card. You need to call again when you receive the sim to get your account unlocked.

@jonsie.....I've made a conscious decision that if they know this is a Community then they will return to the thread that they've created.

 

If they think it's O2 CS or O2 LC then they almost certainly won't return to the thread because they expect O2 CS or LC to contact them.

I know what you mean, the problem is getting worse and still nothing done about it. A little pointless putting it in signatures because it's too late for people to see once they've started a thread.
