I purchased the Samsung s23 ultra back in June and the offer at the time was after 30 days I would receive an sms with a voucher code to purchase the ear buds. Well we are now in August and still no code!! I have spoken with o2 numerous of times and each time promised to receive a text within 48 hours but I still haven't received the sms!! What's going on o2??!!

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

This is a customer to customer forum, and no one from o2 will see your post, as there are no o2 support staff on this community.

So I am afraid you will need to persevere with o2 customer service or use the information here to complain https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

Am going through exactly the same thing, on my fourth round of "customer service" representatives and still no code, at this point o2 are a joke and I'm just going to cancel my contract, they can't say anything because they never gave me the service that they offered in their terms and conditions and I'm just going to go with Tesco mobile, and pay the extra £2 a month. But at least I won't have to mess around because they will send the ear buds with my phone for absolutely nothing. Unlike these clowns
