Had my phone stolen on Saturday. Rang 02 to put a stop on my phone, to which the guy was only interested in selling me an iPhone. Rang again yesterday but as I cant get into any of my bank accounts 02 told me to go to the 02 shop, which I did twice they told me the sim took 24 hours to work. Sim still not working in my old Samsung phone. Any advice help would be great as unable to call 02 until later this afternoon or visit an 02 shop after work. Its driving me bonkers.
