Still cant redeem my Netflix offer. What is going on?????

21 days in for me now and no email about my offer. Also tried doing it manually through the supplied link in other posts with no joy. Goes through the verification and says go to netfix and the offer is automatically added but nothing happens or gets added. It seems o2 can do nothing right lately......

Hi - I have also had issues with redeeming my Netflix offer. I've have spoken to O2 via chat a few times and they confirmed that this was a wide problem and should be resolved soon but a couple of weeks later I still can't get it to work and o2 chat just takes too long. Can someone please contact me to resolve this? Thank you in advance. M
