Hello,
I moved my number over when I signed up for a pay monthly tariff. The number was ported over and I can make calls and send texts but no one can reach me at all. When someone calls me all they hear is sorry the number cannot be recognised. I contacted support through live chat and they said they will look into it but nothing has happened yet. I have important calls that I am missing right now.
Is there anyone here who can help me?

@silverswan Don't rely on Live Chat to do anything. Call customer service. Use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option if you have to. Try 0800 977 7337 first
