I recieved a message earlier today that I had spent over my line rental and that I wouldnt be able to make/recieve calls and texts until I pay some money.
I paid what I was asked to pay about 5 hours ago and I still can't make/recieve any calls or texts.
Any idea when I can use my phone for what I pay to use it for again??

I personally don't have faith that Chat will sort this for you. You really need to call them if you can either borrow a phone or use a landline.

Live chat? I doubt they would have done anything. As said it will take 24hrs but you need to speak directly to CS...
